Mark your calendars for Saturday night May 5th from 5:30-8:30pm for our end of school celebration PICNIC at Keswick Park. We will have music and karaoke with the best DJ…our very own Mr. Murphy! There will be face painting and games for the kids to play! Food will be provided for pre-purchase (see below) or you can bring your own food. Don’t forget your picnic blankets, chairs, and dancing shoes!
The lunch buddies program consists of parent volunteers helping out in the cafeteria. This program enables the teachers to have a well-deserved break during the lunch period. This is a great way to spend some time with your child during school hours. Lunch buddies help children open containers and packages as needed and wipe down tables. Volunteers are needed for 1 or 2 hour slots from 10:20 AM-11:20 AM and from 11:20 AM-12:20 PM. Two volunteers per time slot is the goal.
See the schedule below for your responsible week(s). You should be receiving (or may have already received) a link to a Sign Up Genius for your allotted week(s) from Brett Matthews (room parent coordinator). Please distribute a link to the Sign Up Genius page provided to all of your class parents. If you are unable to fill your scheduled week or have any questions, please contact Lisa Byrd (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Erin Stieglitz (email@example.com)

Please be courteous of our surrounding neighborhoods when parking to come to the school. Remember to park on one side of the streets and be aware of no parking signs close to stop signs. This will help keep everyone safe when walking through neighborhoods and allow emergency vehicles to come through if needed. Brookhaven police will be policing the neighborhoods next week and will give a ticket on the spot.
